How to: Configure PIN Bypass for a caller (PSTN)
Prerequisite: You must have PBX admin privileges Click the "View All" button in the "Recognised Callers" box Click the "View" button next to the caller you would like to configure PIN bypass for. Click "Edit" 
Keeping track of all callers can be a challenge when multiple congregations share a Kingdom Hall. This feature allows you to assign a caller to a specific congregation. Under the "Recognised Callers" section, find the "Total Callers" box and click "View" Select the caller you would like to assign to a congregation and click "View" 
Log into the Vattendance Portal From the main page, scroll down to the "Congregation Reports and Configuration" section and select the congregation for whom you would like to find a recording for Click the "View All" button to see all of your previous meetings. 
Please contact Vattendance support using the portals live chat system in the lower right corner in order to add a new congregation. What we require from you is simply the name of the congregation.
