  • Quality of Service (QOS) Settings
    In some circumstances, especially for congregations with ADSL connections, it may be necessary to configure your router to prioritise VoIP traffic. This means that if your internet connection becomes saturated, the router will always let your VoIP traffic through first. It is essential that VoIP traffic is not interrupted as it will mean that the caller will hear "blocky" audio. You will need a small business grade router or better in order for QOS to be effective.
