Frequent offline issues are either the result of: A substandard Internet connection An overloaded router PBX hardware being faulty Cabling issues (either power or Ethernet) Unnecessary “tinkering” from unknown parties Please ensure that all of this equipment is in a well ventilated area. Also try to keep it locked away to avoid “tinkering”. We first need to identify if this is an internet issue or a PBX issue: If the PBX goes down, reset the internet router first and wait 5
The Vattendance service works outside of meeting times but not during meeting times?
More than likely this is due to either a lack of internet bandwidth or the WiFi router being overloaded. Here are some questions to ask: What kind of connection do you have? Is it aDSL, vDSL or Fibre? How many are attempting to call in at one time? How many people are using WiFi during the meetings? What kind of router do you have? Was the router provided free of charge by your internet provider? If you have aDSL it would be advantageous to investigate other low cost solutions
