  • Why is the Vattendance IP service "NBN compatible"?
    Traditional audio conferencing services require the Kingdom Hall to have a PSTN phone line in order to initiate an audio conference. When a Kingdom Hall moves to the NBN, they are no longer provided with a PSTN phone line which makes a traditional audio conference solution incompatible. (There are a few exceptions to this.   • How many concurrent callers can use the Vattendance System?
    The Vattendance System enables 40 simultaneous callers by default. However the amount of callers who can dial in without service degradation depends on a few factors The bandwidth of your internet connection Each concurrent caller uses approximately 100kbps of upstream bandwidth by default. For PBX's that are using an ADSL connection, it will automatically adjust to using a lower bandwidth audio connection.
