Caller who would like to answer presses *** on their telephone keypad.

A voice prompt tells this caller to start commenting when they hear a beep.

The "Live Answer" link in the web portal displays the name of the person requesting to answer

Note: A two minute countdown clock is also displayed. The answer request will be cancelled if it is not accepted within two minutes

At the speakers instruction, the sound desk operator presses the Vattendance Answer button.

The caller hears a beep and is now unmuted with the congregation able to hear what they are saying. The "Live Answer" page now indicates that the caller is currently speaking.

Caller makes their comment.

When the comment is finished the sound desk operator presses the Vattendance answer button again. This mutes the caller and the "Live Answer" page now goes back to being blank.
