More than likely this is due to either a lack of internet bandwidth or the WiFi router being overloaded.

Here are some questions to ask:

What kind of connection do you have? Is it aDSL, vDSL or Fibre?
How many are attempting to call in at one time?
How many people are using WiFi during the meetings?
What kind of router do you have?
Was the router provided free of charge by your internet provider?

If you have aDSL it would be advantageous to investigate other low cost solutions that are available in your area such as vDSL or Fibre to the Home.

If you are providing WiFi access to congregation members during the meeting you will need to have a good quality router that supports this kind of heavy use. Please see our Router Purchase Guide for more details.
