Please see an explanation below of all aspects of these reports.

Conference Start
The time that you have initiated the conference.

Meeting Start
This is when the meeting recording starts. Recordings are configured to start on the hour or half hour. However if you initiate the conference within 15 minutes of the hour or half hour, the recording will begin immediately. The two scenarios below will explain how this works

Scenario 1
- Your meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30pm.
- You initiate the conference at 7:19pm
- The recording will begin at 7:30pm

Scenario 2
- Your meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30pm.
- You initiate the conference at 7:13pm
- The system assumes that your meeting began at 7:00 so begins to record immediately.

Meeting End
This is when the meeting ended. While the meeting is in progress, this box will display the default end time.

Active Listeners
The number of people listening to this meeting at this point in time. This applies to both live meetings and recorded meetings.

Reportable Listeners
The number of people who were listening at the half way point of the meeting. This is the best number to use for the count so long at the meeting start time is accurate (see Meeting Start above for further details)

Peak Listeners
The most people that were listening at any one time. You may choose to use this for the count instead.
