Please see an explanation below of all aspects of these reports.

Conference Start
The time that you have initiated the conference.

Meeting Start
This is as estimate of when the meeting is actually scheduled to begin. If the meeting is initiated within 15 minutes of either the hour or half-hour, the hour or half-hour time will be chosen.

Scenario 1
- Your meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30pm.
- You initiate the conference at 7:19pm
- The "Meeting Start" time will be 7:30pm

Scenario 2
- Your meeting is scheduled to start at 7:30pm.
- You initiate the conference at 7:13pm
- The system assumes that your meeting began at 7:00 so your "Meeting Start" time will be 7:13pm

Meeting End
This is when the meeting ended. While the meeting is in progress, this box will display the default end time.

Active Listeners
The number of people listening to this meeting at this point in time.

Reportable Listeners
The number of people who were listening at the half way point of the meeting. This is the best number to use for the count so long at the meeting start time is accurate (see Meeting Start above for further details)

Peak Listeners
The most people that were listening at any one time. You may choose to use this for the count instead.
