Frequent offline issues are either the result of:

A substandard Internet connection
An overloaded router
PBX hardware being faulty
Cabling issues (either power or Ethernet)
Unnecessary “tinkering” from unknown parties

Please ensure that all of this equipment is in a well ventilated area. Also try to keep it locked away to avoid “tinkering”.

We first need to identify if this is an internet issue or a PBX issue:

If the PBX goes down, reset the internet router first and wait 5 minutes. If your Vattendance phone number starts to work again then the internet was at fault
If that doesn’t work, restart the PBX and wait 5 minutes. If your Vattendance phone number starts to work again then the PBX was at fault.
If neither of these work, please check power cables and Ethernet cables
