Prerequisite: You must be an admin to configure Temporary meetings

Log into the Vattendance Portal

Scroll down the main page until you find your congregation names. Choose the congregation you would like to configure meeting times for and click "View"



Next to the congregation name (Preston in this example) click "Configure Meeting Times"



Scroll down to the "Temporary Meetings" section and choose the type of meeting you would like to configure. The options are:

Midweek: This will change the time of your midweek meeting for the week that you configure it. Use this to make changes for Circuit Overseer visits, etc
Weekend: This will change the time of your weekend meeting for the week that you configure it. Use this to make changes for Circuit Overseer visits, etc
Special: This will add a meeting in addition to the Midweek and Weekend meetings. Use this for special meetings like branch representative visits. The recording will be available to callers dialling in for the next week.
Memorial: Use this for the memorial. This is in addition to Midweek and Weekend meetings and will override these if there is a conflict. This type of meeting will be recorded for download but will not be available to listen to over the phone
Test: Use this if you are just testing sound, etc. No recording will be made and no email reports will be sent at the end of this meeting type



Select the date and time of the temporary meeting you are scheduling.

NOTE: Choose the actual time the meeting will be scheduled for. The conference will begin 20 minutes before this time giving callers plenty of time to dial in.



Select whether you would like to record the meeting and then click "Save"



The configured temporary meeting will be displayed on this page until the meeting takes place
